June 2014: Anchetty 200 BRM
The Ride
Anchetty is a small town just across the border in the neighbouring state of Tamil Nadu. This new and refreshing 200 KM route takes riders south on Kanakapura road till Harohalli, then crossing the Tamil Nadu border towards Thalli, before heading south to Anchetty through green rolling hills and landscapes dotted with lakes. The route then heads back up to Denkanikottai and Attibele, entering Bangalore via Hosur Road.

This is an ACP-sanctioned brevet ride, and must be completely self-supported. The ride must be finished within 13.5 hours, but note that it is not a competitive ride.

The ride is open to all cyclists regardless of their affiliation.
Rules and Regulations

Lights, reflective jackets and helmet are compulsory for this brevet. Riders will not be allowed to start without them.
The rider must return his/her brevet card to the organizers at the end of the brevet for their ride to be homologated. Riders completing the brevet successfully can opt for a medal from ACP, for which a separate medal fee of INR 450 must be paid. Cards and medals will be returned after a few months.

The fee for this ride is INR 200 which can be paid either using NEFT or direct deposit. Payment details will be provided during the online registration process.
Please note on-the-spot registrations at the venue are absolutely, totally, completely and utterly discouraged because we are extremely lazy people who have no interests whatsoever in taking on the hassles of few such isolated cases. So please do register online before the time limit.
