Errors are when students produce incorrect language because they don’t know the correct form.
Mistakes are when students produce incorrect language although they know the correct form.
Students can usually correct their mistakes, but by definition they can’t correct their errors.

Specify how the files are to be named. This depends on your system for downloading them into folders. Jones_Task1
Ask students to include their email address at the top if you are likely to need it.
If viruses are a potential problem, the safest thing students can do is paste plain text into a website or e-learning platform such as Moodle. Otherwise, they can submit txt files.
