Is everyone back?
Let's get started.
You have to draw an org-chart to show what groups will work together for producing outcomes
My plan is a B+ because I did not write a description for org chart - so you should to talk about how groups will interact with each other.
My plan is a for a small project - your's is for project of projects (essentially a program) - so your org chart will not have roles but department names interacting with each other.
You need the following departments at a minimum - add more as you see fit.
Finance - PMO (PM and RM) - Software Engineering - IT - Ops - Places - Franchising - Marketing - Sales - Support - Accounting - Product Management - HR - Legal - Quality -
Do an org chart and documentation in 15 mins - by 5:05pm - No time extensions will be given.
