Prepare a presentation (Google docs pres) will have template to use. Put together 6 slides. A member in each team will create the blank pres: copy in IDs and then share with the rest of the team.

Slide 2 Analysis criteria - explain in bullet points how you came up with assessment criteria.
Slide 3 Building Recommendation - Primary and backup - please use pictures and add info on location, sq ft and cost per sq ft. Also share any information to support your choice for primary and backup
Slide 4 Financial Consequences - come up with a list of things that would cost money for the project - you don't need exact #'s just a list of things to consider
Slide 5 Next Steps - pl. put together a list in bullet points to show next steps to consider for project planning (as this slide deck would conclude project initiation)
