For responding to tasks in Project execution you would need to:1
a Document Situation Analysis - observations on the 'ask' from each memo and context around it.
b. Actions you would take in response to situation
c. If any memos are to be written, then document those memos in the document you created.
Very easy process - you will get used to it - rather quickly.
