Review documentation in Scenario 0 and find the following information
1. What is/are the project goal(s)?
2. Why are we doing the project?
3. Who are the team members?
4. When is the project supposed to be completed?
5. Processes used in the project.
Risks you observe while reviewing the documentation.
Next, please do the following: (Individual Exercise)
a. Create a risk register noting major risks you have found in observing documents.
b. Review Task_3_-Scenario_1.zip --> Background --> Memo from ABC Systems -->Memo from Julie Agarwal and write a response in Well_Part1_IndividualForm.doc. Pl. include your situation analysis, action plan and any memo(s) (one or more) you would need to write.

Pl. upload your response to the course site --> Final Deliverable --> Task 3a folder. Name the document as follows - Well_Part1_IndividualForm_YourFirstname_YourLastName.doc
