How to fix the red blocks in schedule?
1 - click on top left side to highlight entire sheet - and then --> click auto
2 - closely monitor the resource names and assignment wise - use > 1 job title - instead of PD use pd1, pd2 - make sure "1" is done.
3. resource sheet - and look for under utilized resources -
4. Adjust resource calendar 32 hours / week.
