Ingredients:
Frozen sweet corn kernels - 2 cup
Egg - 1
Green Onion - 3
Corn flour - 3 Tbsp
Broth ( Meat or Veg) in liquid, powder or cube form
Spices - Pepper, Salt
Prep Method:
Cut the white part out of the green onions.
Chop the white part and green part of the green onions and keep them separately.
Grind 1 cup of thawed sweet corn kernels into a paste.
Add water to the corn flour and make into a paste.
Beat the egg
Cooking Method:
Sautee the white part of the green onions in butter.
Put 1 cup thawed corn kernels and the thawed corn kernels paste into the pan.
Add the broth as needed.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add the corn flour paste
Boil for 5 minutes
Add the beaten egg slowly, stirring the contents in a circular motion.
Garnish the soup with the chopped green onions.
