1 bowl fresh spinach
1/4 cup feta cheese
Phyllo sheet

- Cook the spinach in unsalted boiling water for 10min.
- Drain it with cheese cloth. Let it cool.
- Cut the Phyllo sheet in square shape.
- Spray with cooking oil between each layers.
- Chop the spinach finely and it with feta cheese, salt and pepper.( Feta cheese is little bit salty, so add very small amount of salt)
- Brush the phyllo sheet with butter and place 2 tbsp of spinach mixture.
- Fold it and keep it in the oven at 380 degree F for 20min or until it turns golden brown.
