Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 tsp hummus
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1/2 cup steamed spinach
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
2 tsp teriyaki sauce
2 tsp tomato chili sauce
3 tsp shredded mozzarella cheese
Pinch of pepper
1 tsp oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add bell pepper and stir for 3 min. Keep it aside.
- In the same pan, add mushroom and teriyaki sauce. Stir for a min.
- Now, spread hummus on one side of bread.
- Arrange spinach,bell pepper and mushroom over the hummus.
- Spread with tomato chili sauce. Then, sprinkle with pepper and cheese.
- Now close it with another slices of bread.( hummus side should face the cheese)
- Toast it on the pan till both side gets golden brown and cheese melt.Serve hot with ketchup.
