8 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups milk
pinch of salt
Preheat oven at 350 degree F.
Boil the milk in a saucepan. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until foamy.
Add vanilla, salt and sugar into it and beat the mixture.
Now reduce the heat to very low. With a spoon, place the egg whites in the milk for 2 min and then turn.
Leave for 2 min and then remove egg whites and skim. Place the egg whites in the deep baking dish.
Bake it in the oven for 15 to 20 min. Cool it for half an hour and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 hrs.
Prepare the custard by following the instruction on the box. Cool it for 2 hrs.
Take some custard sauce in a small bowl and place one baked egg white in the centre.
Drizzle with caramel sauce, if you like.
