Ingredients:
1 cup sushi rice, washed and drained
2 nori sheets ( seaweed)
1 avacado, cut lengthwise
2 tsp rice vinegar
1tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Method:
- Cook sushi rice in 2 cups of water.
- Combine rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Microwave it for 30sec.
- Add vinegar mixture into rice and mix well.
- Place one nori sheet above the bamboo mat.
- Spread thin layer of rice on the sheet and place avacado slices over the rice.
- Now, lift the mat and roll it over the ingredients, pressing gently.
- Using sharp knife, cut into small pieces.
- Serve it with soy sauce.
