5 Mushroom
1/4 cup crab meat
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tsp hot sauce
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
Parsley
butter
salt
pepper
- Preheat oven to 380 degree F.
- Clean the mushroom with wet paper towel and remove the stem.
- Add some salt and pepper to the melted butter and mix it well.
- Add Mushroom to this and give a nice toss.
- Keep it in the oven for 5min.
- Mix 1/4 cup cheese, crab meat, hot sauce, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs.
- Stuff this mixture in mushroom cap and keep it in the oven for 20min or until the stuffing turns light golden brown.
- Meanwhile, melt 4tsp butter then add flour and stir it.
- Add milk,salt and pepper. let it cook until it thickens.
- Add cheese and melt it. Pour this sauce over the mushroom and sprinkle some finely chopped parsley
