1 cup oyster mushroom
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup half and half or milk
1/2 cup french fried onion
4 tbsp butter
salt
pepper
- Saute the mushroom with salt and pepper till it cooks and set aside.
- Melt the butter and add flour. Stir for a min and add half and half slowly.
- Keep stirring while adding the half and half so that you can avoid lumps.
- Now add nutmeg, salt and pepper. When the sauce thickens, add mushroom and cheese.
- Stir well till cheese melts and switch off the stove.
- Microwave french fried onion for a min.
- Serve the cheesy mushroom with fried onions on top.
