4 corn tortilla
1 can Enchilada sauce( you can get it from Mexican section)
2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
1 cup steamed broccoli
1/2 tsp pepper
- Microwave each tortilla for 30sec and Enchilada sauce for a min.
- Mix chicken and broccoli with pepper.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Dump the tortilla in sauce, so that it gets nicely covered, but not too much.
- Fill it with chicken, broccoli and cheese.
- Pour 2 to 3 tbsp of sauce over the filling and roll it tightly.
- Place it in the Casserole dish and repeat the same for other tortilla.
- Make sure that all the tortilla should be packed tightly together.
- Now cover the filled tortilla with cheese and pour remaining sauce over the cheese.
- Keep it in the oven for 20 min.
- Let it cool for couple of min and serve them.
