1 English muffin
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg
1 slice American cheese
Salt and pepper
1 tsp oil
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute the onions till golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare an omelette.
- Break the egg on the hot pan( don't break the yolk).
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper while it cooks.
- Flip it over and slightly press the yolk with spatula.
- Cut the muffin into halves.
- Now arrange onion, omelette and cheese between the muffin.
- Place it on the pan with low flame for a min and turn it.
- Keep the muffin in the pan till the cheese melts slightly.
- Serve with Ketchup.
