Ingredients:
1 bowl basil
5 tbsp pine nuts
5 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
salt
1/2 cup artichoke hearts,sliced
7 sundried tomatoes,sliced
1 packet fusili
Method
- Cook pasta as per instructions on the package.
- Drain and keep it aside.
- Grind first 7 ingredients into fine paste.
- Pour sauce over the pasta and mix it.
- Add artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes into the pasta.Mix it.
- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese over the pasta before you serve it.
