Tuscan Bread

This is my attempt to reproduce the rosemary bread served at Macaroni Grill.
Mix and let foam:
1 Tbs. yeast
1 Tbs. sugar
1 C warm water
Add…
1 Tbs butter
1 tsp salt
2 ½ C flour
1 Tbs rosemary
Mix and knead for 5 min. in electric mixer – longer if by hand.
Let rise one hour, punch and divide in half. Let rest for 5 min. Shape into 2 round loaves and sprinkle with an additional tablespoon of rosemary. Let loaves rise again about 45min. Bake 12-20 min. at 375˚. Brush with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt. Serve with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
