Ingredients:
2 ½ c warm water
½ c sugar
2 Tbs. yeast
Dissolve together for five minutes. Add to yeast mixture and knead together for two minutes:
4 c flour
2 tsp salt
Add and knead three to five minutes:
½ c butter softened (not melted)
2 eggs
Add and knead five minutes more. Dough will be soft.
2 ½ -3 c flour
Let rise until doubled. This can raise in your bosh bowl after you take out the kneading arm (one less dish to wash!). Flour hands and roll into balls. Place in greased pan four rows of three each. Let rise until doubled about 15-20 minutes.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Rub tops of rolls with butter when hot out of oven.
Makes 2 dozen rolls. (two 9x13 pans or one large cookie sheet)
