Sweet Rolls- Terese

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 C. warm, not hot, water
- 3 T. yeast
- 1 T. sugar
- 1/2 C. non instant or 1 C. instant milk powder
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 12-13 C. flour
- 1 C. oil
- 1 T. salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine water, 1 T. sugar and yeast and let foam. ~5 min.
- Add milk powder, 3/4 C. sugar, eggs, 6 C. of the flour, oil, and salt. Beat for 5 minutes.
- Add 6-7 C. more flour to make a soft dough. Knead 5-10 min.
- Place in oiled bowl and let raise 1 hour or more until light.
- Roll out about 1/4 of the dough into a rectangle about 1/2" thick.
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Add raisins or nuts if wanted.
- Roll up jelly roll style and cut into rolls with sewing thread.
- Place rolls on a 5-7 until all dough is formed into rolls.
- Bake at 350o F for 15 min. Frost while warm.
