German Pancakes
From the kitchen of: Drew Timpson (Holladay 24th Ward)
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 eggs
- 1 C milk
- 1 C flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 5 T butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Whip eggs until thick and lemon colored.
- Add milk, flour, and salt and mix well.
- Melt butter in 9" x 13" pan.
- Pour egg mixture into pan with melted butter.
- Bake 15-20 min. at 375o F.
