German Pancakes

From the kitchen of: Drew Timpson (Holladay 24th Ward)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 C flour
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 5 T butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Whip eggs until thick and lemon colored.
  2. Add milk, flour, and salt and mix well.
  3. Melt butter in 9" x 13" pan.
  4. Pour egg mixture into pan with melted butter.
  5. Bake 15-20 min. at 375o F.
