100% Whole Wheat Bread

Grandma Reesa's favorite from years of trying recipes

Combine and mix with beaters:

6 C warm water

1/2 C oil

1/2 C honey

4 Tbs vital wheat gluten

3 Tbs instant yeast (SAF)

1 1/2 Tbs salt

Add 6 C ground white wheat flour and mix well.

Change to kneading arm.

Add 4 C more white wheat flour and continue kneading with kneading arm, adding more flour if necessary until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Total kneading time about 10 minutes to develop the gluten in the wheat flour.

Form into loaves immediately and place in oiled loaf pans. Makes 4-5 loaves depending on the size of the pans. Let raise for about 30-45 min, until double in size.

Bake 30-35 minutes at 350.

Takes about 90 min start to finish, does not crumble is moist and really good. It's the only recipe I use these days.
