Chocolate Candy Cookies

From the kitchen of: Samoan Cookbook

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 C margarine
  • 2 C sugar
  • 1/3 C cocoa
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3 C quick oats

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine margarine, sugar, cocoa and milk.
  2. Bring to a boil and boil one minute
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla and quick oats.
  4. Stir until well blended
  5. Drop by spoonfuls onto a buttered cookie sheet.
