Chocolate Candy Cookies
From the kitchen of: Samoan Cookbook
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 C margarine
- 2 C sugar
- 1/3 C cocoa
- 1/2 C milk
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 C quick oats
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large saucepan, combine margarine, sugar, cocoa and milk.
- Bring to a boil and boil one minute
- Remove from heat and add vanilla and quick oats.
- Stir until well blended
- Drop by spoonfuls onto a buttered cookie sheet.
