Paint, Carpet & Maintenance

• Unit interiors are to be painted every 4 yrs.

• Carpet and window coverings are to be replaced every 7 yrs. Vinyl floor coverings, linoleum and wall paper are to be replaced every 7 yrs.

• Appliances must be kept in good working order.

• Interior common areas of the building are to be painted every 4 yrs. Building exteriors are to be painted every 7 yrs.

• Building must be maintained in accordance with all applicable building, housing and health codes.

Note: When performing required maintenance, the landlord is responsible for all acts reasonably necessary including moving furniture.
