Nonpayment of Rent
Breach of Contract
Nuisance
Illegal Use
Subtenant
Refused Reasonable Access
Demolish or Do Work - 8 x's rent or more than 30 days uninhabitable
Owner Occupancy - immediate family or manager
Remove From Rental Market
Comply With Government Agency
Comply with Contractual Agreement Relating to the Qualifications of Tenancy
Smoking Where Prohibited
This ordinance does not apply to:
Units located on a lot with 1 or 2 units (including houses);
Section 8 units;
Units where the property owner has offered a 12 month lease, that qualifies under the ordinance. (See G.M.C. section 9.30.032)
