Disclosures - Required of Landlords in California

California requires landlords to make the following disclosures to tenants:
Registered sexual offender database
Tenant paying for others’ utilities
Ordinance locations
Toxic mold
Pest control service
Intention to demolish rental unit
No smoking policy
Notice of default
