AirBNB - Advertising to Lease or Sublease Premises

Suggested update the subletting/assignment portion of your leases to include the following:
Advertisement, in print or electronic media, to lease or sublease the premises for any length of time shall be considered a non-curable breach of the lease agreement.
Meaning, advertisement in AirBNB would be a non-curable breach of lease agreement
Monies and/or profits received by the lessee as a result of the subletting premises shall be made payable to the landlord.
