2018-12-18 Christmas Lunch at Aldwickbury Golf Club

Over 60 members arrived at Aldwickbury Golf Club for the annual Christmas lunch. Roger Hodgson, St Albans Club secretary spoke of the challenges from increased membership. He was followed by Pat Kennedy (our oldest active member?) who expressed members' thanks to Roger for looking after our very successful St Albans section as well as being membership secretary for all the sections of our club. And so say all of us - well done Roger! Was it just me or did everyone note an improvement in the food and service this year at Aldwickbury. A very enjoyable lunch with members and friends. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all.
