2016 - 2 - 16 John Beckett leads the A Ride to Potters Bar

Well, Jenny's to Potters Bar - should be a doddle, but John Beckett clearly thought otherwise. The ride started off easily, but then the climbing began. Soon we were up in Little Switzerland and turning left into Bucks Alley (usually the road you are grateful to ride past). And then on..... and up.... and we suspect up every hill possible within a 23 mile ride. Kevan regretted his choice of of riding a fixie more than once and my Garmin showed nearly 2000 feet of climb. However, all agreed a thoroughly enjoyable ride - thanks John.
