A and inter riders (returning from excellent rides to Ardeley - thanks Peter and Diane) took a short rest by the roadside. Seeing riders from the East Herts section approaching Tony O'Byrne suggested we clap them as they went past, much to the amusement of all! At Bulls Green we caught up with them and were invited to participate in their customary sharing of sweets - what a great practice. All agreed what a lovely day's cycling this had been - our glorious countryside on a wonderful spring day with the warmest weather of the year... so far...
