Regular A Rider Chris Knox is pictured here with cycling journalist and commentator Phil Liggett at the Hertfordshire 100 on Sunday. This annual sportive supported the charity "Helping Rhinos" this year and offered rides of 100 miles, 100 km and 32 miles. Chris rode the longer, 100 mile and 4669 ft of ascent ride. The Herts 100 started and ended at Brookmans Park taking a large loop to the north of Bishops Stortford, then west around Stevenage and south past Welwyn Garden City on the way back. Chris writes "At 72 himself, Phil was really pleased that our club is so well supported and popular. I managed the 100 in 6h 40 after an unscheduled puncture stop." Well done Chris!
