2016-08-23 Running repairs on the A Ride to Northall

Diane Watson applies some salve to Tony Barnard after a nasty fall at Old Jeromes on the way to the Swan at Northall. Ant Stephenson, A Ride leader, took a shaken Tony back to Berkhamsted and Kevan Harrop stepped in to complete the ride. Luckily Peter Southall had a first aid kit and Diane, our trained physio, was on hand to help. The 4c Plus Cycling Club is planning first aid lessons for club members - good timing - watch this space.....
