This program is for students who want to pursue the fitness/conditioning stream of physical education. We will strive to mix up daily fitness programs to keep you motivated and interested. You will learn about training concepts as well as health and nutrition concepts so you can understand how to take care of yourself and know how to reach your fitness potential.
weekly focus - 3 days of strength and conditioning, 1 day cardiovascular focused, 1 day of recovery sport related games
