For this, we were supposed to draw an object from our kitchen, and I chose a pepper grinder. I wanted to draw this, mainly because I thought drawing the wood grain would be challenging and interesting. This one is my favorite out of the four drawings, because it is the most detailed, and has a wider range of values then the other three.
One of the four drawings had to be a corner of our room. If I had to draw this again, I would add more darker values to the drawing. I think this one is my least favorite of the four drawings because there's barely any shading, and it just doesn't look finished.
We were asked to draw a self portrait for one of our 4 time capsule drawings, so obviously, I used my self for the subject. I just took a picture in front of a mirror of myself and whatever I had in my hands at the time, so that explains the binder. If I were to draw this again, I would add more shading to the hair, pants and sweatshirt. I kinda hate this drawing.
One of our time capsule drawings had to be our hand holding an object. I chose to draw a lighter, but I didn't light it until I had to draw the flame. I would have made the shading smoother and darker, if I were to redo this drawing.
