Sustained Investigation #8

This is one of my stranger pieces, but I like it. I don't really know where the idea came from, it just kinda popped into my head. I liked how it turned out, and I like its weirdness. I really like the texture all over her body and her stick hair, because I'm trying to make her look like a tree lady and the patterns and hair really display that point. If I did it again, I would definitely add more value to her body. The face has a lot of value in it, but the body doesn't, so I would like the body to match the face in value. I would also add a little color and a little bit of a background to the piece. Overall I liked how this piece came out and I definitely do it again, but with more color and value.
