Surrealist Collage
For this surrealist collage, I collected different images from magazines and organized them into a creative collage. I then painted this collage in a photo-realistic way. For my collage, I combined the cut out images of a girl, a car, a street sign, and flowers. To create this project I used magazines, glue, and acrylic paint. I cut out images from magazines, arranged them on my paper and glued them down to create my collage. Then on a seperate piece of paper using a light table, I traced the outlines of the objects in my collage. Finally, I mixed the paint to match the colors as close as possible, then painted my final product. I used value to create shadow texture. The flowers and "one way" sign.
