Perspective Drawing

1.) The subject of my drawing is the school hallway, and it is perceived through my 1-point perspective sitting down.

2.) I created this work through one point perspective, and using a center point (my eye level) and exactly using that point to draw the many lines of my doors, lockers, etc..

3.) We chose to create this specific piece of artwork because we were testing our skills on one point perspective.

4.) I think specific focus is also represented in this artwork because you have to pay close attention to the many different sizes of the objects and make sure you are getting the proportions right.

5.) My project from the beginning started as light lines that didn't always perfectly connect, but as I re-did them and got my lines to match up and seem correct it turned into a realistic representation of the hallway.

6.) The meaning behind the artwork is just to see everything as it is instead of making it up.

7.) In the future I might revise my artwork by making my lines a little cleaner and trying not to screw up on them, and maybe getting the proportions of the front of the lockers right.
