Triangle congruence can be determined through exploration and construction of the corresponding sides and/or angles of two triangles. Formalized proofs can be used to prove congruent triangles and corresponding, congruent parts. Transformations, including rotations, reflections, and translations across any given line on the coordinate plane, reemphasize triangle congruence.
