The process we follow when creating digital products is called the design thinking process. You can see this above.
The key stages are:
Understand
Empathize: Understand people's needs and problems by observing and talking to them. This helps you see things from their perspective and gather important insights.
Define: Clearly describe the problem you want to solve. Write a problem statement that focuses on the user's needs and the challenges they face.
Explore
Ideate: Brainstorm many ideas and possible solutions. Encourage creativity and think outside the box without judging any ideas at this stage.
Prototype: Create simple models or examples of your ideas to test. These don’t have to be perfect, just enough to show how your idea might work.
Develop (Materialize)
Test: Try out your prototypes with real users to get feedback. Observe how they use the prototypes and learn what works and what doesn’t.
Implement: Refine and put the best solution into action. Make improvements based on feedback and prepare your solution for real-world use.
