Final evaluation

Fitness for purpose (you must do this!)

You should have already completed this. This is showing and explaining how your outcome is functional, and how it met your requirements and specifications. 

Following conventions (Merit)

Show and explain how you have followed the  conventions relevant to your digital outcome. Remember, you researched these and they are in part one of your workbook.

Labelled screenshots are a great way to do this.

Tools and techniques (Excellence)

Show and explain how you have applied tools or techniques optimally. Optimally means in the best way practicable in the production of your outcome. You need to show you have made the outcome better or more efficient by using these tools. 

Again, labelled screenshots provide a great way to show where and how you have used tools and techniques optimally. 

Improvements through trialling (Excellence)

You need to provide evidence showing that information gained through trialling has led to several improvements in the outcome’s fitness for purpose.

For example, you could show your trialling results then point out the changes you made as a result.
