QuickEasy BOSEnterprise provides default User Settings for each Staff member created in My Company > Staff Setups. These User Settings customises the application for each individual User account, allowing you to specify Accounting, Calendar, E-mail, HR, Setups, System, Timekeeping and Workflow User Access and parameters that will be unique to the selected User.
Setting need to be defined for each user account, alternatively default settings will apply.
Users are linked to Roles and most of QuickEasy BOSEnterprise's User Access Settings are Role based. Therefore if you can't find the desired Setting in User Settings make sure to have a look at the Role Settings.
Before attempting to set-up User Settings, you'll first need to create Users in Staff Setups.
Main Menu > Setup > Settings > Users
6. Group - The Groups field categorises the Settings in it's respective modules. See below each Group with it's Settings.
7. Setting - The Settings field shows the Setting's description.
8. Value - The Value field is where you will enter the parameters.

This specifies what access is allowed to the Accounting module, relative to the User.
