1. QuickEasy Form Designer

The QuickEasy Form Designer provides the tools to create and update document Templates.

Navigation

Main Menu > Utilities > Form Designer

Once you've selected Form Designer, you'll be prompted to select the Modules that will use the Template to be opened before you create or update a Template. See image below:

Select the desired Modules by checking the corresponding boxes and click Open. Once you've clicked Open, the QuickEasy Form Designer will open. See image below:

The interface consists of:

1. Main Menu - This provides links to all the functions.
2. Design / Preview tabs - This allows you to toggle between Design view and Preview.
3. Toolbars - These are tools you can use to customise and create your Template.
4. Report Tree - This displays all the components used on a template in a tree view.
5. Properties - This displays the properties for the selected component.
6. Design Panel - This is where you will create the Template by adding text and images to the Header, Detail and Footer fields.
7. Data Tree - This displays a list of all the available Data Pipelines and their corresponding fields. fields can be dragged onto the design panel and will be displayed according to the settings in the Layout tab.
8. Status Bar - This displays information about the selected component and provides Zoom functionality.

The Calculator will open in the side-panel, assisting Users when making complex calculations.
