You can use Reminders as a powerful tool to ensure Customer receive the best service from the business. Reminders are User-specific and act as a personal reminder of upcoming Tasks and Events. Never forget another Quote, promise or follow-up again!

The Reminders Module provides a central place where you can view all your Reminders, or Reminders of other Users depending on your User Role. The Reminders Module will automatically populate with Reminders set in Workflow Modules.

Get Started

The Reminders module is a fixed module that needs to be added to the Main Menu or/and to the Tile menu using Main Menu > Setup > Menu Manager. For more about the Menu Manager, click here.

Navigation

Main Menu > Workspace (Customisable Menu Title) > Reminders

1. Filter - This allows you to filter the records displayed in the data grid by User.
2. Reminders - This displays the Reminder's description and the User who created the Reminder.
3. Module - This indicates the Module the Reminder was created in.
4. Ref No. - A Reference number will be displayed here.
5. Due Date - This indicates the Reminder's due date.
6. @ - This indicates the Reminder's due time.
7. Closed - This specifies whether the Reminder's closed or open.
8. Status - This indicates the Status of the Reminder.
9. By right-clicking on a Reminder (or by clicking on the Ellipsis) makes the following additional functionality available:
   • Open - This will open the Reminder allowing you to edit the parameters. See image below:

• Delete - This will delete the Reminder.
• Postpone - This allows you to postpone the Reminder Date or Due Date by Days, Weeks, Months or a Year.
• Dismiss - This allows you to dismiss the Reminder.

10. Menu - The Menu button provides the following additional functionality:

• Reset Data Filter - This will reset the data filters.
• Output - This allows you Print or E-mail the Reminders.
• Save/Restore Data Grid - This allows you to save or restore the data grid.
