You can use Reminders as a powerful tool to ensure Customer receive the best service from the business. Reminders are User-specific and act as a personal reminder of upcoming Tasks and Events. Never forget another Quote, promise or follow-up again!
The Reminders Module provides a central place where you can view all your Reminders, or Reminders of other Users depending on your User Role. The Reminders Module will automatically populate with Reminders set in Workflow Modules.
