Help

The Help Menu provides a drop-down list with help items. The Help Menu is a default Menu Item and cannot be removed.

System Messages - This will open the System Messages in the side-panel. See image below:

2. Email QuickEasy Helpdesk - This automatically generates an E-mail to contact QuickEasy Helpdesk from within BOSEnterprise. See image below:

3. Online Documentation - This provides access to the helpful online documentation for setup and support information.

4. Enable DB Monitor - This is for Helpdesk to view why a module or procedure is slow or broken.

5. Renew License - Selecting this option will open the license renewal pop-up window. This allows you to renew the license using the license key and date received by E-mail. See image below:

6. Terms of Use - This provides access to the online Terms of Use page on the QuickEasy Software website.

7. About QuickEasy Software - This allows you to view your version of QuickEasy BOS and the latest scripts executed on the current database. See image below:
