This module allows you to effectively manage the leave schedule of your staff.
The Leave module is a fixed module that needs to be added to the Main Menu or/and to the Tile menu using Main Menu > Setup > Menu Manager.
Access needs to be granted in Main Menu > Setup > Settings > Users > Human Resources > Leave - Access Allowed.

Here you will set-up the Leave Holidays, Leave Rules and Leave Types. See more below:
To edit the Holidays, click on the Edit button top right of the Settings interface; and then in the Leave > Holidays row, click on the Edit text in the Value column.
Once you've clicked edit, the Holidays Setup window will appear. See image below:
To add Holidays, simply click on the Add button. The Holidays data grid will then populate with a new row and you can simply enter a description and select a date for the Holiday. Remember to click Save.
Leave Rules dictates how the application behaves within preset parameters regarding Leave.
To edit Leave Rules, click on the Edit button top right of the Settings interface; and then in the Leave > Leave Rules row, click on the Edit text in the Value column.
Once you've clicked edit, the Leave Rules Setup window will appear (see image below).
To add Leave Rules, simply click on the Add button and the Leave Rules data grid will populate with a new row. Then simply complete the following fields:
Leave Types specifies the reason for Leave.
To edit Leave Types, click on the Edit button top right of the Settings interface; and then in the Leave > Leave Types row, click on the Edit text in the Value column.

To add Leave Types, simply click on the Add button and the Leave Types data grid will populate with a new row. Then simply enter a description and note if applicable.
This field allow sou to specify the Weekend Days.
To select the Weekend Days that applies to your Company, simply click on the arrow in the Weekend Days Setting field and check the boxes of the Weekend Days. See image below:
