This management Dashboard allows you to track productivity and finances against set targets. In this way, management can see at a glance how the business is performing with instant, up-to-date information.

Get Started

• The Dashboard displays Custom Reports. Therefore make sure to first set-up Custom Reports before attempting to use the Dashboard module.
• The Dashboard module is a fixed module that needs to be added to the Main Menu or/and to the Tile menu using Main Menu > Setup > Menu Manager.
• Dashboard Settings are Role based and needs to be set-up for the Dashboard module to work successfully. Navigate to Main Menu > Setup > Settings > Roles and complete the following settings (image below):

• Dashboard - Automatic Refresh - If this box is checked, the dashboard will automatically refresh every 5 min.
• Dashboard - Columns - This specifies the amount of columns displayed on the Dashboard.
• Dashboard - Reports - This specifies the Custom Reports that will be displayed on the Dashboard - comma separated ID’s. Roles will only be able to view Reports they have access to. For more about Custom Reports, click here.
• Dashboard - Rows - This specifies the amount of rows displayed on the Dashboard.

If these Settings are not shown, add them by clicking on the Add/Update button.

Dashboard Interface

The Dashboard interface will display the Custom Reports, specified in Role Settings, in visual diagrams.

Navigation

Main Menu > Reporting (Customisable Menu Title) > Dashboard

1. Refresh - This will manually refresh the Dashboard.
2. Menu - The Menu button provides the following additional functionality:
   • Customise Charts - This enables the controls on all the charts to change the Chart Type, Filter and Sort on the Series. See image below:

• Save Layout - Saves the Chart customisations and layouts.
• Restore Layout - Restores the Chart customisations and layouts (Restore Layout automatically executes when the Dashboard is opened).

3. By right-clicking on an Indicator makes the following additional functionality available:

• View Description - This will popup the description which tells you more about the Report. See image below:

• Open Report - This will open the Report in the Custom Reports module. This function will not work if Role Access to access Custom Reports has not been granted.
