The Contacts module includes all the Customer, Supplier and Staff contacts that you have added to the database. You can easily locate Contacts by searching on all the fields including name, number or e-mail.
The Contacts module is a fixed module that needs to be added to the Main Menu or/and to the Tile menu using Main Menu > Setup > Menu Manager.
Main Menu > CRM (Customisable Menu Title) > Contacts
2. Refresh - This will refresh the data grid to ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
3. Menu - The Menu button allows you to Save or Restore the data grid.
4. Company - This shows the Contact's Company name.
5. Name - This shows the Contact Person's name.
6. Surname - This shows the Contact Person's surname.
7. Position - This shows the position the Person is currently holding in his/her Company.
8. Tel - This shows the telephone number of the Contact Person.
9. Mobile - This shows the mobile-phone number of the Contact Person.
10. E-mail - This shows the E-mail address of the Contact Person.
11. The following additional functionality becomes available when you right-click on a Contact or when you click on the Ellipsis in the Contact's row:
This is an easy way to see if the Contact record is a Customer or Supplier.
You are able to view the Contact's details by double-clicking on the desired Contact. See image below:
12. Summary - This shows the number of Contacts recorded in the current database.
