Contacts

Contacts are other businesses, organizations and individuals that you do business with as well as people that work for your business . The standard Contact information able to be stored by the application covers most of what you need to know about your contacts.

BOSEnterprise

In BOSEnterprise the information stored with each of your contacts is limitless. If the standard fields are not enough you have the ability to add as much additional information as you need. Contacts are stored as Customers (Company or Individual), Suppliers and Staff members.

All the information about your Contacts can be used for many automated tasks. Features include:

  • Reporting - You can create many different reports based on your Contacts
  • User Access - Users can be restricted from viewing editing contacts that are not relevant to them
  • Multiple Delivery (Shipping) addresses can be linked to Customers
