Introduction to Plumbing (SQA Units Level 4) 

Course Outline 

This course is based around practical activities relating to the Plumbing Industry. Students will be learning about basic plumbing tools and hand skills necessary for any Plumber or Plumbing Apprentice. Students will have the opportunity to work with a variety of materials used within the Industry including copper, plastic pipework, and the chance to install sanitary ware. This course is an introductory level which is suitable for students wishing to progress into further training or employment.

Entry Level Recommended 

No formal entry requirements but a keen interest in learning this trade. Students should be working towards level 4.
