Everything you need to know about mail, deliveries, IT support, and shared amenities at the DC Office.
From handling food deliveries and receiving mail to setting up tech in meeting rooms, this guide covers essential logistics to help you navigate our office seamlessly. Be sure to follow the protocols outlined here to ensure smooth coordination and facility support.
Food deliveries should be coordinated directly with the recipient.
Guidelines:
Meet delivery personnel at the elevator bank.
Avoid leaving deliveries unattended in shared areas.
All incoming packages should be labeled clearly with the recipient’s name and team. We receive mail and small packages in our mailbox located in the mailroom on the 1st floor of the Main Lobby.
Please reach out to the Office Manager if you need to access the mailbox.
Guidelines:
Notify Office Management regarding large deliveries.
Large packages are typically brought to our suite during business hours
Employees are responsible for picking up packages promptly.
Please coordinate catering requests with Office Management when using shared meeting spaces.
Guidelines:
Reserve conference rooms before scheduling catering.
Clean up after meetings and events.
To maintain a collaborative and professional environment:
Clean up shared spaces after use.
Return furniture or equipment to its original setup.
Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
Be mindful of shared refrigerator and kitchen usage.
Meeting rooms are available for internal meetings, client calls, and hybrid collaboration.
How to Book:
Suite #700 has seven conference rooms available for booking.
Suite #750 has three conference rooms available for booking.
Conference rooms that can be reserved through Google Calendar.
Guidelines:
Reserve only the time you need.
Cancel unused reservations.
Respect occupancy limits.
The phone booths are available for private calls and focused work. This must also be reserved.
Both suites have three phone booths each that can be reserved through Google or Outlook calendar.
Guidelines:
Intended for short calls or individual work sessions.
Please avoid extended occupancy during busy periods.
Ensure you are connected to the main wifi "Orchestra," as printing is not permitted on the Guest Wifi.
To connect your laptop to the printer, go into the settings section on your laptop, and scan for available devices.
You will not be able to print from your personal laptop.
For technical support, onboarding help, equipment requests, or troubleshooting, please visit the IT Intranet page. For in-person Tech help, the IT team has hired an IT consultant, Ike Opara, to come to the DC office suites once a week to ensure everything is running smoothly. Feel free to stop him in the hallway when you see him in the office and need IT help!

Orchestra is committed to promoting sustainability and minimizing its environmental impact. Designated recycling bins for paper, plastic and other recyclable materials are located throughout the space. Please ensure that non-recyclable waste is not placed in the recycling bins.
Minimize paper usage by opting for digital alternatives whenever possible. When printing is necessary, use double-sided printing and aim to conserve paper.
These rooms are intended for wellness, privacy, or focused quiet work. Both office suites, #700 and #750, have a wellness room and should be used for wellness only — no work permitted!
Sign up for the Wellness Room by reaching out to the Office Manager.
Can be used for pumping, therapy appointments, quiet space for prayer or meditation, etc.
Note: Nursing parents have priority.
If you want to utilize the bike storage room, please sign and submit the Bicycle Waiver and Release form and give it to the Office Manager. They will submit the form to the property manager and request that your access card is given clearance to the bicycle storage room. The bike room is open for use 24/5 (Monday to Friday).
If, for any reason, the bike storage room is full. There are extra bike racks available on P2 in the garage, but you will need to provide your own bike lock. You still need to fill out the bike form and send it to the office manager in order to access this space.
If you want to utilize the fitness center, please sign and submit the Fitness Waiver and give it to the Office Manager. They will submit the form to the property manager and request that your access card be given clearance to the fitness center.
If you want to reserve the rooftop for a work gathering or client meeting, please email the Office Manager in advance. She can check the schedule to make sure it’s free for a reservation.
Guests are allowed if they are accompanied by a BR staffer.

Noise Levels
Our office is a collaborative environment. Please be aware of your surroundings and courteous toward those near you.
Use headphones when appropriate.
Take long calls in booths or meeting rooms.
Keep collaborative discussions in designated spaces.
No Smoking
Smoking of any kind; cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vaping products, other tobacco, marijuana or similar products is not permitted in Orchestra’s space.
Social Events + Conduct
Social events for employees and clients/guests are periodically held in the office. Attendance at these events is voluntary and does not constitute part of an employee’s work-related duties (unless it’s a client event and/or otherwise noted by management).
Alcoholic beverages may be available at these events for employees of legal drinking age. Employees who choose to drink alcohol must do so in a responsible and professional manner.
Pets
Pets are not permitted at the DC Office.
